1. What Information Do We Collect?

Information you provide directly

When you submit our stay connected form, we collect your email address. This form is intended for adults 18 and older. By submitting the form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

If you contact us directly at hello@qubiator.com, we collect any information you choose to include in that message. We use it only to respond to your inquiry.

Order and shipping information

When you place an order for a physical product, we collect the information needed to fulfill and deliver it. This includes your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and phone number if you provide one. We share your name and shipping address with our shipping carrier so your order can be delivered, and we may share order details with a fulfillment partner or warehouse that packs and ships on our behalf.

When you place an order for a digital product, we collect your email address so we can deliver your file and send your receipt.

Digital products are delivered by email with a secure, time-limited download link. That link expires 30 days after purchase for security reasons. If your link has expired, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Purchase information

Payment is processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of your purchase and basic order details such as the items ordered, the amount, and the last four digits of your card, but we do not collect or store your full card number or payment credentials. Photos and content you upload to our tools

Some of our tools may allow you to upload a photo to create something personal, such as a paint-by-number design. When available, your photo is processed directly in your browser to create your design. We do not upload or store your original photo on our systems.

Before processing, a reduced-size copy of your photo may be sent to an automated screening service to confirm it meets our content standards. That copy is used only for screening and is not retained by us.

A photo you upload is not used to train anything, is not shared with anyone beyond the screening step, and is not connected to your email address or any account.

Information collected automatically

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This data may include pages visited, time spent on the site, and general device and browser information. We use this information in aggregated or non-identifying form. If you decline analytics cookies, Google Analytics is not loaded and this data is not collected.

2. How Do We Process Your Information?

We process your information for the following purposes:

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share personal information with third-party service providers that help us operate our website, deliver communications, process payments, ship orders, and analyze website activity. These providers process information on our behalf for those purposes.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information where required by law, in response to a valid legal request, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in how your information is handled.

Email marketing and delivery

Our stay connected form and our email campaigns are managed through Anthotheca Grove, an email marketing platform. Anthotheca Grove stores your subscriber record and sends the messages we create. The form on our site is loaded from a script hosted on Anthotheca's servers. The script does not set cookies and does not use browser storage, and it sends your information to Anthotheca only when you submit the form.

Because the script is loaded from Anthotheca's servers, standard browser behavior means those servers receive your IP address and the page you came from as soon as the script loads, whether or not you fill anything in. Anthotheca uses that information for security and to operate their service. It is not used to track you across other websites.

The delivery of those emails to your inbox is handled by Resend, which operates as a sub-processor under Anthotheca Grove. You can review Anthotheca's privacy policy at anthotheca.com/privacy and Resend's at resend.com/privacy.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment credentials. You can review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Shipping and fulfillment

We share your name, shipping address, and where relevant your phone number and email with shipping carriers and any fulfillment partner so your order can be packed, shipped, and tracked. They use that information only to deliver your order.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect non-identifying usage data, but only after you accept analytics cookies through our cookie consent banner. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded.

Other sites and platforms

If you buy a qubiator product through a third-party marketplace such as Amazon, that marketplace collects and handles your information under its own privacy policy, not this one. We receive only the limited order information the marketplace provides to us as the seller.

Our site may also contain links to other sites we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any sites you visit through links on our site.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to support basic site functionality and, with your permission, to collect analytics data. When you first visit our site, we ask whether you want to allow analytics cookies. Nothing analytics-related is set unless you choose to accept. 5. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to qubiator communications. When you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will remove your personal information from our primary systems, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements. We may retain anonymized or aggregated data that does not identify you for analytical purposes.

We retain order and transaction records, including the name and shipping address associated with an order, for seven years. This is to meet tax, accounting, warranty, and legal recordkeeping obligations, and we keep only what those obligations require.

For files you create with our tools, we never store your original photo. If you complete a purchase involving a generated file, your finished file is held in our delivery system for up to seven days so you can download it. After that, the file is removed from our systems.

6. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We maintain reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. Where We Operate

qubiator is based in the United States and our site and products are intended for customers in the United States. We do not currently ship internationally, and we do not knowingly market to or target users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If you access our site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

8. Age Requirement

qubiator is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form, make a purchase, or use our tools. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Our free games and puzzles can be played without creating an account, submitting a form, or giving us any personal information. Our site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through those features or any other part of the site.

Right to deletion

Depending on your state of residence, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what data we hold, correct inaccuracies, obtain a copy of your data, or request deletion. We extend the right to request deletion to all users regardless of state. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

We will respond to qualifying requests within 45 days and may extend this period by an additional 45 days where permitted by law. We will notify you of any extension and the reason for it.
